2. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Reply: Our factory is located in Qingyuan of China. All of our clients are warmly welcome to our factory.

3. How can I get some samples?

Reply: We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, while the samples are free; this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc, to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.

4. What is the delivery time?

Reply: 3 working days for sample order and 15-30 working days for bulk order normally, detailed delivery date should be decided according to production season, order quantity and our stock status.
