Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a trading company with our own factory and YMD lab. We have specialized in this field for over 15 years.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Qingyuan of China. All of our clients are warmly welcome to our factory.
How can I get some samples?
(1) We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, while the samples are free; this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order. (2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc, to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account.
What is the delivery time?
3 working days for sample order and 15-30 working days for bulk order normally, detailed delivery date should be decided according to production season, order quantity and our stock status.
What is the payment term?
50% payment before production, 50% payment before delivery. We accept payment from TT, Alipay, Wechat, Western Union, Cash.
